Here again!!!! outstanding service and probably the BEST#1 egg cheese and bacon ketchup bagel I have ever had!!!! Goldberg's Bagels is a gem in the area, offering a delightful selection of bagels reminiscent of those found in New York City. These bagels are not only generously sized but also reasonably priced, making for a satisfying and affordable breakfast or snack option. The standout feature of Goldberg's Bagels is their extensive assortment of bagel flavors, all freshly made every morning. Pair these with a variety of cream cheese flavors, and you have a winning combination. It's a bagel lover's paradise. The staff's greets you with warmth and friendliness. The quality of the food is evident, with it high quality from the bagels, spreads and coffee and the staff matches that quality with excellent customer service. Goldberg's Bagels has an outstanding range of bagels, Kasier rolls, spreads and sandwiches with high quality meats!!! the overall experience with staff is 5Stars. A great place to sit and have a delicious breakfast or lunch.

Sharing a bit of an odd experience. So my wife orders a dozen bagels this morning for her office…nothing out of the ordinary. She asks for eight everything bagels, and get this…the worker has to ask another worker if that is okay! Seriously? Besides the fact there were three bins filled with said bagel, apparently they are not supposed to sell too many of a particular type in one customer order. What if the office wanted everything bagels only? Would she have had to place a separate order for any policy non-compliant quantity? Though the order was allowed to be filled as requested, the absurdity reminds me of a certain Seinfeld episode - IYKYK.

Service was great Bagel selection was plentiful. We got bagel sandwiches and they were HUGE. Also wanted to try the vegetable cream cheese, so we brought some home. It is delicious!

The food is excellent, which is honestly the only reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Nearly every time I’ve visited, the cashier or staff have been nasty and rude. I understand that this is a fast-paced, New York-style bagel shop, and I do appreciate the efficiency. But there is a big difference between being direct and being unfriendly. I’ve been to plenty of bagel shops in New York, and I’ve never experienced the level of attitude that seems to be the norm here. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple visits with the same experience, I felt compelled to say something. I’m genuinely curious whether ownership is aware of how customers are being treated, or if this is simply the culture they’ve chosen to create. It’s a shame, because the food is delicious.

Goldbergs is hands-down the BEST and most authentic deli in Poconos! The sandwiches are huge, fresh, and delicious. Whether you want a hot breakfast sandwich or a cold one for lunch; Goldbergs has you covered and will serve you in record time. Your money is well spent here.

Visited Pa from Florida, grew up in NJ , used to live there in Poconos until 9yrs ago. First stop on my “up north visit family and food tour”…. This place is seriously legit NY style. all the way! The Taylor/Egg/Cheese/ on egg bagel was 100% killer!!!! Got two crumb cake pieces as well! 100% legit too! I’m from Jersey so the bar is high for food and this place hit it! Friendly girl at counter and everyone there who I interacted with was the same!!! Little shop across from ESU college but big time flavor and quality!!! Hitting it everyday I’m in town!!! I’d give it 10 Stars if I could. Go there!

We used to love Goldbergs. It was always expensive, but the breakfast sandwiches and bagels were always HUGE and delicious, their sandwiches were well worth the money and usually covered us for both breakfast and lunch. Our most recent experience was severely disappointing. I added a photo of my $11 sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. The bagel is mid, the sausage egg and cheese are barely existent, and the whole sandwhich was bland as hell. I often get the same sandwhich at other delis or grocery stores for under $6, and they are filling and taste great. I don't think I'll be returning to Goldbergs after this visit, $11/person for a super simple breakfast sandwhich is just too much. Especially when it's a pain to get to and there's only 2 free parking spots.

I came here for lunch and was underwhelmed. I grew up in the NJ shore and lived for more than ten years in Manhattan so I know good bagels. The few bagels they had left were quite …ok. The service was Ok. They place survives because it’s across the street from a university and a hospital. They told me there were no baked good goods because the baker is on leave. I came in at noon and the inventory of the other bagels was next to zero- see the pictures. Not recommended at all
